Job Summary
SDM Business Transformation Specialist 2 responsible for analyzing human capital policies, leading design/implementation of efficiency initiatives for HCMS workflows, serving as a functional expert on current and upcoming HCMS features, and guiding system changes, integrations, and security for stability. The role acts as a consultant to HCBPs and CoEs, translates business requirements into optimized technical workflows, and validates major releases to improve operational efficiency across Samudera's HR technology landscape. Strong Workday HCMS expertise (Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Adaptive Planning) and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable configurations are required, along with English proficiency and autonomous project execution. Includes focus on integrated management system compliance, information security controls, and cross-functional collaboration across locations in Indonesia and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Capital, with a strong focus on HR technology or systems management
- Advanced proficiency in Workday HCMS (specialized functional knowledge in Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, and Adaptive Planning is preferred)
- Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into optimized technical workflows and functional system configurations
- High degree of autonomy and initiative, capable of independent project execution and decision-making
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
