Job Summary
Lead and manage a dynamic team of engineers to ensure smooth and efficient project execution for NVIDIA's Ethernet SDK. Develop and implement the SDK with a focus on high-performance and reliability while collaborating with design and architecture teams to identify technical requirements and implement innovative solutions. Follow established guidelines to deliver high-quality products and continuously strive for excellence in team performance and innovation. Requires 8+ years of experience, 4+ years managing engineering teams, and strong knowledge of Ethernet communication, network protocols, and C/C++ programming on Linux. NVIDIA's AI infrastructure powers global intelligence, transforming every industry through accelerated computing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of overall relevant experience
- Proven experience with over 4 years of managing engineering teams of 4 or more members
- Outstanding leadership skills and a proven record of effectively managing complex projects
- Strong knowledge and experience in Ethernet communication, network protocols and real time software
- Experience with C/C++ programming
- Experience with Linux internals
- Strong analytical, creative, debugging, and problem-solving skills, along with a collaborative approach
Desired Qualifications
- Python programming experience
- Excellent understanding of embedded SW and real-time programming
