Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive manual and automated testing for interactive fan engagement platforms, translating requirements into detailed test cases covering functional, security, and performance scenarios. Execute regression tests to verify bug fixes, integrate automated scripts into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Selenium and Appium, and monitor user experience during live events. Identify and log defects while collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and participate in sprint planning to ensure adequate test coverage. Test products across web and mobile platforms to ensure compatibility and handle high loads.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a blend of manual and automation
- Proven experience in test automation using tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Experience with manual testing of web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of API testing and database validation
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript) for automation
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab
- Good understanding of REST APIs and related testing practices
