Job Summary
Own quality strategy for feature teams and act as a quality partner to engineering and product leads. Drive automation best practices by building and maintaining automated tests and frameworks using Java/Python, TestNG, Functionize, and Rest Assured, wired into CI/CD. Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to expand coverage and reduce maintenance while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to framework improvements. This Senior SDET role supports Florence's mission to accelerate research and advance cures by ensuring high-quality site workflow tools for over 30,000 research teams globally. The position requires 7 to 9 years of experience with deep expertise in Java/Python, cloud environments like AWS, and AI-assisted test generation.
