Job Summary
Senior SDET focusing on test automation across backend APIs, databases, and front-end systems. You design and execute automated verification and validation of products, leverage API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end UI testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline testing processes. You will utilize modern tools and frameworks (Postman, Rest-Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.), integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and apply AI-based techniques for bug analysis and issue consolidation. The role requires experience in JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks and a strong understanding of QA across backend APIs, databases, and admin/user interfaces. Location-based in Aguascalientes or Mexico City with onsite work. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in software testing
- strong automation testing experience
- API testing, integration testing, and end-to-end UI testing
- Proficiency with Postman, Rest-Assured, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
- Experience with API interactions with databases and external services
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# (prefer JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for bug analysis and test optimization
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
