Job Summary
Oversee Case Managers and direct supervision staff, including Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts, to ensure adherence to company policies and protocols. Render and lock weekly schedules, update NPA Works, and submit monthly source documentation and progress reports by set due dates. Conduct client observations, parent consultations, and 1:1 sessions while maintaining a 70/30% direct/indirect billable hour ratio. Provide RBT and BCBA training, develop workshops, and deliver constructive feedback during case overlaps. Manage parent concerns, coordinate care across settings, and ensure all electronic data collection systems remain current. Maintain HIPAA compliance, document all communications within 24 hours, and participate in employee disciplinary meetings. Requires a current BCBA certification, two years of supervisory experience, and availability to work weekends and travel to regional offices.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Completed the 8-hour BCBA Supervision course (per the BACB)
- Completed CAQH and insurance credentialing applications and modules
- CPR or BLS certification (must be current)
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory/management role
- Must maintain a minimum of a 40-hour work week, to include a minimum of 6 hours a day (a minimum of 6 hours must be billable to a client), during weekdays, Monday-Friday; and weekends as needed
- Must meet a MINIMUM of 30 client billable hours per week (hours comprised of Supervision and Parent Consultation)
- Must maintain an 70/30% breakdown for client billable hours (70% of client billable hours are spent directly with the client, and up to 30% may be spent indirectly, pending funding source requirements)
- Must be available to commute to, and provide direct oversight in, their assigned region, for the duration and frequency specified by the Director
- Must be available to commute to the region's physical office location, as needed, and to CSH headquarters (located in Costa Mesa) on an as-needed basis
