Job Summary
SCSEP Program Operations Analyst responsibilities include reviewing and processing all invoice types, travel documents, and receipts from the Foundation and site offices for payment, reconciling invoice discrepancies, handling billing inquiries, supporting audits, resolving payroll-related questions (Wisely Pay Cards, Direct Deposits) per pay cycle, maintaining lease documentation and the master lease tracker, reviewing leases and subleases including renewals, preparing budget and ad-hoc reports, scheduling departmental meetings and travel arrangements, creating presentations, conducting research, and developing reports with actionable recommendations. Proficiency with contemporary software and strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills are required.
