Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor for the Supportive Crisis Stabilization Center (SCSC) leading the interdisciplinary team to deliver stabilization, recovery, and wellness services. Oversees day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and documentation; collaborates on integrated physical and behavioral health care plans; ensures compliance with federal/state/local regulations and accreditation standards; participates in policy development, staff recruitment/training, and quality improvement. Develops and coordinates care, advocates for patients within the healthcare system, and maintains CPI certification and HIPAA compliance. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills required to support a high-quality care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
- New York State licensure preferred (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or LMHC-D)
- 3+ years of direct experience required
- 1+ years of leadership and provision of supervision preferred
- Prior experience in a behavioral health or community health setting is preferred
- Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License
