Job Summary
Act as Scrum Master and Delivery Owner for one or more Agile squads; Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions; Ensure the effective application of Scrum principles and Agile best practices across teams; Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning activities; Track team capacity, velocity, delivery progress, and key Agile metrics; Coach teams towards greater Agile maturity, self-organization, and continuous improvement; Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery; Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams and stakeholders; Promote Agile ways of working and act as an Agile ambassador within the organization; Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives; Provide reporting and visibility on delivery progress, risks, and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of Scrum Master experience
- Experience in large and complex enterprise organizations
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing multiple dependencies across teams and business units
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- CI and automated testing familiarity
- Strong coaching and facilitation skills
- Ability to balance coaching with delivery ownership
- Fluent English and proficiency in at least one local language
- Experience in banking/financial services or regulated environments is a strong advantage
