Job Summary
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for Agile teams. Coach the group in self-organization and accountability while identifying and removing obstacles to ensure delivery commitments are met. Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the backlog aligned with business goals, and track key performance metrics to monitor team health. Continuously assess and improve Agile processes, adapting methods as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Deep understanding of Agile principles
- Familiarity with the Scrum framework
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and facilitate discussions effectively
- Ability to proactively identify and remove impediments
- Ability to facilitate conflict resolution
- Ability to support the team in meeting its goals
- Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Asana, or similar for backlog management and reporting
- Ability to mentor team members in Agile principles
- Ability to help team members achieve a high level of performance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Zoho or other ERP system implementations
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Equivalent certification
- Familiarity with other Agile methodologies like Kanban
- Knowledge of Zoho, CRM, ERP systems, or similar business solutions
