Job Summary
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach the Microsoft 365 team on Agile ways of working to support its transition from project-based delivery to continuous delivery. Drive continuous improvement, enhance delivery standards, and help navigate change while ensuring high-quality outcomes for colleagues across Together. You'll coach teams at varying maturity levels, manage planning and risk in project environments, and leverage tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to improve flow and predictability. This role sits within the in-house Microsoft 365 team, backed by a £8 billion loan book and 950 colleagues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to coach teams and individuals at varying levels of Agile maturity
- Experience with digital delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro)
- Experience of working in a project environment familiar with planning, risk, issue and dependency management processes
- Experience working in scaled environments (e.g., SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous delivery pipelines
- Experience using metrics to drive predictability and flow improvements
