Job Summary
Scrum Master to enable and drive the Scrum framework. Responsibilities include working closely with team members to develop and execute the Scrum framework, providing ongoing development using Agile practices, collaborating with the team to implement changes, monitoring and tracking progress, providing reporting and resolution support, and serving as a bridge between product management and development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor1s Degree in Computer Science and/or relevant related fields
- 3+ years of Scrum Master experience in a professional work setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
