Job Summary
Lead the scrum team in Agile methodology, coach the team and Product Owner, remove impediments, and drive higher levels of scrum maturity. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective), identify and troubleshoot obstacles, track KPIs, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback, ensuring the team adheres to the Scrum framework and Agile principles while helping deliver high-quality solutions on time. Requires deep experience with Agile techniques, API/CI-CD familiarity, and a strong ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams through software development lifecycle stages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent
- Scrum Master certification with Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org
- 8-10 years prior experience on a scrum team
- Understanding of Risk Management
- Understanding of API and CI/CD
- Mastering Software development lifecycle
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Possess developer skills
- Knowledge of AI Agent
