Scrum Master

Scrum Master needed to support 2–3 development teams in a hybrid Czech delivery environment for a major private healthcare IT provider. You will facilitate agile processes, organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, implement best practices in software development and testing, promote use of Jira, Confluence, Git and CI/CD, remove impediments, enhance cross-functional collaboration between developers, testers, analysts, architects, and product owners, and coach teams to deliver high-quality results aligned with agile principles. Must-have: 4+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience, facilitation of multiple teams, Jira/Confluence, retrospectives, coaching, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, ability to work in a hybrid setting. Nice-to-have: PSM I/II, CSM, Xray, Git, CI/CD, healthcare or regulated environments. You’ll help teams build software used by thousands of healthcare professionals daily and influence agile operations within a major technology company.
