Job Summary
Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies while ensuring the team adheres to agile principles and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, then develop and implement system solutions by analyzing needs and designing technical architectures. Identify and remove project impediments to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results. Leverage systems engineering expertise to support the implementation of technical projects, utilizing proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira. This role requires TS/SCI Full Poly clearance and U.S. Citizenship, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Electrical Engineering
- 4-5 years experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree
- TS/SCI Full Poly
- Full U.S. Citizenship
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with systems analysis and design
- Ability to create and manage project documentation
- Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with systems integration processes
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Certification in Scrum or agile practices (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
