Job Summary
Facilitate daily stand-ups and Scrum ceremonies while ensuring the team adheres to agile principles and removes project impediments. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze system needs, and design efficient technical solutions. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and manage documentation using agile tools like Jira. This hybrid role blends Scrum Master leadership with Systems Engineering expertise to drive innovation and team success within a collaborative federal contracting environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Science, Electrical Engineering
- 4-5 years experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
- 4-5 years experience credit for a Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years experience credit for a Master's Degree
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with systems analysis and design
- Ability to create and manage project documentation
- Familiarity with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- TS/SCI Full Poly clearance
- Full U.S. Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Familiarity with systems integration processes
- Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
- Certification in Scrum or agile practices (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
- Proficiency in scripting or automation tools
