Job Summary
Define, strategize, and justify the entire project plan in coordination with internal teams, covering team allocation, timelines, budget, and process. Collaborate with Account Management to determine project inclusions, work with Servicing Teams to monitor task assignments and timelines, and align with Finance on billable tasks. Implement and monitor execution against organizational goals for schedule, budget, and quality while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Aid in managing Servicing Team capacity and satisfaction, ensure client expectations are met, and report accurate project status to management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 2 to 5 years experience in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
- Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional program & projects
- Proven ability to manage timelines, and dependencies
- Experience supporting multiple teams in a software development environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required, but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification
- Experience in Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile environments
- Experience working with product, engineering, and business teams
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
