Job Summary
Scrum Master to guide software development teams in adopting Agile principles. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). Coach teams on Scrum practices to ensure successful project delivery. Assist product owners in prioritizing the backlog. Identify and remove obstacles, promote transparency and continuous improvement. Track and report team performance metrics; collaborate with other Scrum Masters and organizational leaders to enhance Agile maturity. Support cross-functional team collaboration and alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, scrum framework, and software development lifecycle
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
