Job Summary
Design scalable front-end and back-end applications using React, Angular, Python, and JavaScript while writing clean code, unit testing, and fixing bugs. Build mobile-responsive features, create security settings, and write technical documentation. Lead Agile teams by driving daily execution, managing JIRA boards, and facilitating daily scrums, retrospectives, and planning meetings. Protect the team from scope creep, eliminate blockers, and assist Product Owners with reporting metrics. Supervise up to nine team members, resolve process disagreements, and consult on best practices within the Scrum framework.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
- BS degree
- 8+ years prior relevant experience
- Masters degree
- 10+ years prior relevant experience
- Experience in at least 2 of the following applications frameworks: React, Angular, Python, JavaScript, CSS, & HTML
- Must have the following certification: 8140 DCWF work role 802 IT Project Manager - CompTIA Security +
- Experience or Knowledge in Agile software development
- Experience or Knowledge in agile methodologies
- Experience or Knowledge in software development life cycle (SDLC) management
- Experience or Knowledge in cross-functional team
- Ability to supervise up to 9 people
- Experience or Knowledge in JIRA
- Experience or Knowledge in Confluence
- Experience or Knowledge in Slack
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant DoD and/or Industry work experience
- Active TS/SCI
- SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams
- 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master
- CompTIA Security +
- SecurityX
- CASP+
- CISSP
