Job Summary
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while coaching teams on Scrum principles and removing impediments to ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables. Track team velocity and communicate project progress to stakeholders, collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, and mitigate risks. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability across cross-functional teams. This remote position supports Soccer Shots Southwest Las Vegas, a premier youth soccer program dedicated to character-building experiences for children in the Las Vegas community.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile methodologies, and Kanban
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through

Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
