Job Summary
Coach Scrum teams to enhance their understanding and application of Agile principles, facilitating events to boost productivity and learning. Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the product backlog, mentoring development teams for self-organization while managing dependencies across teams. Assist in Sprint commitments and risk management, tracking team progress related to capacity, velocity, and release planning. Be accountable for improving team quality and outcomes through continuous improvement efforts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of Scrum experience, and CSM or PSM I certification. Annual salary range is $90,000 - $130,000.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- 3-5 years of experience in a Scrum environment
- 3-5 years of experience with Agile methodologies
- Advanced certification such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
Desired Qualifications
- Advance Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM II)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
