Senior Scrum Master to coach multiple Scrum Team(s) with varying levels of complexity, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, shield teams from external distractions, and partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlog to deliver business value. Requires coaching newly formed teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, tracking team progress and risk, and providing visibility to stakeholders. Focus on Agile values, Jira, SDLC, and Scrum practices to optimize velocity and enable continuous improvement.
