Job Summary
Facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives while coaching teams on Agile principles and removing obstacles. Partner with product owners to maintain the backlog and support resource planning efforts by identifying staffing needs for application delivery initiatives. Ensure project documentation is complete and collaborate with IT leadership on short- and long-term resource planning. This role supports Agile development teams at the La Crosse Support Center, requiring proficiency with Microsoft tools and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent education
- 0 to 2 years of experience with Agile principles, Scrum methodology, application design, application programming, or project management
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks and Scrum practices
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with application architecture and design concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Project
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐changing environment
- Location: La Crosse Support Center (Onsite)

Desired Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies or supporting Scrum teams
- Knowledge of Agile metrics and facilitation techniques
- Exposure to application programming or web technologies
- Experience working with both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies quickly
