Job Summary
The Scrum Master role involves enabling high-performing, autonomous product engineering teams, facilitating Agile practices, improving flow and predictability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master for Agile teams, owning team-level delivery governance, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching on Agile principles, and using insights to identify bottlenecks and risks. Candidates should have Scrum Master experience, a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, proven facilitation skills, and excellent communication abilities. Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting software engineering teams
- Proven facilitation and coaching skills; able to navigate conflict and drive clear outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt messaging for engineers, product leaders, and executives
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional partnerships
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Comfort with delivery metrics and basic analytics
- Familiarity with Agile tooling (e.g., Aha!, Azure DevOps)
- Background in software development, QA, or a related technical discipline
