Job Summary
Scrum Master needed to guide teams through the Scrum process, facilitate ceremonies, promote best practices, and drive successful project delivery. Responsibilities include clarifying requirements with stakeholders, motivating teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, identifying and mitigating defects and enhancements, and defining and reporting project success metrics. Requires 5+ years of Scrum Master experience with Scrum Certification, strong leadership and coaching of Agile teams, excellent communication and collaboration, a solid understanding of SDLC, and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban; SAFe a plus). Bonus points for PMP, configuration-management tools, and USWDS knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience (Scrum Certification required).
- Proven ability to lead and coach Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe a plus).
