Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Scrum Master to facilitate development cycles, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure successful roadmap delivery. Responsibilities include facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, backlog refinement, and retrospectives while supporting release processes. Requires excellent communication and leadership skills, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, conflict resolution abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience and possess Agile certifications.
