Job Summary
Act as a servant leader to an Agile team, facilitating Scrum events including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, Refinement sessions, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives. Educate teams on Scaled Agile practices to maximize efficiencies while coaching for self-organization and continuous improvement. Manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across teams to ensure consistent customer value delivery. Collaborate with Product Owners to clarify prioritized user stories and work with peer Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance scaled Agile effectiveness. This remote role guides business partners and end users with industry best practices and solution design to create long-term value.
