Job Summary
Lead client-facing and internal projects by building partnerships with product owners and stakeholders to facilitate strategic alignment. Own and communicate the cadence for ceremonies including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Manage resourcing conflicts, escalate risks and blockers, and support the client steering committee as needed. Ensure work items are accurately represented in JIRA and Azure DevOps while tracking progress through RAID logs, Kibana dashboards, and OKRs. Embed a culture of continuous learning and improve client engagement across the organization. Fluent English required; remote position based in Murcia with occasional on-site meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent level of English
- College / university degree, Bacc. Ing. Comp (or similar)
- Experience as Scrum Manager
- Certifications: project management (APM PQ, PMI PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner), Certified / Professional Scrum Manager
- In-depth experience in delivering projects using Agile frameworks (including SAFe)
- Background in software delivery and detailed knowledge of the SDLC
- Evidence of senior stakeholder management
- Must live and work in region of Murcia (max 2 hour drive)
- Must be available for occasional on-site meetings
