Job Summary
Scrum Master (Mid) needed to coach a development team on Navy modernization efforts. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching to meet customer expectations, applying Scrum/SAFe/Kanban principles, and contributing to sprint delivery and overall project outcomes. Requires 3+ years in software development, analytics, or product management, experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban), Azure DevOps, and a Bachelor's degree. Certification as Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master is preferred. Nice-to-have: experience with ServiceNow or JIRA, cloud hosting knowledge (AWS/Azure/Google/Oracle), and on/offshore/onsite collaboration. Must be able to obtain/hold Secret clearance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
- Experience with Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile Metrics
- Clearance: Secret clearance or eligibility for access to classified information
