Job Summary
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives while removing impediments to maintain delivery momentum. Coach teams on Scrum principles and values, support Product Owners in backlog management, and foster collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams within large programmes. Drive Scrum maturity, guide teams toward self-organization, and work closely with stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges. Create a safe environment encouraging problem-solving while coordinating complex delivery programmes using Java, AWS, and microservices. Requires CSM or PSM certification, 12+ years experience, and SC clearance.
Required Qualifications
- SC Eligible (Mandatory)
- 12+ Years
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
- Several years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master delivering software development projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Scrum practices, principles, and frameworks
- Servant leadership and team coaching
- Conflict resolution and facilitation
- Agile metrics, burndown techniques, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
- Ability to clearly communicate technical dependencies and project risks to management
- Experience working within large, complex delivery programmes
- Awareness of Docker-based release management processes
