Scrum Master

Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices while helping the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction. Remove impediments, coach the team on self-organization, and assist in identifying gaps within the Agile framework. Resolve conflicts and support the product owner with education where needed. Determine and define project scope and objectives, predict resources, and prepare budgets based on scope and resource requirements. Track project costs, develop detailed schedules, and provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding strategy and progress. Manage vendor contracts by assigning tasks and communicating deliverables. Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and measure performance to identify areas for improvement.
