Job Summary
Co-facilitate weekly CI working groups and internal Agile ceremonies while maintaining the Kanban board and Azure DevOps dashboards across three cross-functional teams. Manage delivery dates, prioritize backlogs, and remove blockers to ensure commitments remain on track for data, continuous improvement, and analytics workstreams. Lead release management activities, including CAB representation, and provide weekly reporting via progress tables and roadmaps. Coordinate with a broad stakeholder group including developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to maintain visibility across concurrent work. This 6-month contract starts immediately for a role focused on governance and control within a London market insurer.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable Scrum Master or delivery coordination experience in a multi-team, cross-functional environment
- Strong portfolio management capability — comfortable holding a wide view across concurrent workstreams of varying size and complexity
- Hands-on experience with Kanban-based delivery and tooling, specifically Azure DevOps
- Confident facilitating Agile ceremonies and working group sessions with mixed stakeholder audiences
- Detail-focused with excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
