Job Summary
Facilitate agile teams to achieve sprint goals and delivery commitments through core skills in facilitation, communication, forecasting, and dependency management. Lead teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change while maintaining attention to detail to ensure excellent written and verbal communication among highly experienced business and IT associates. Prior e-commerce experience and proficiency with JIRA, Mural, Confluence, Microsoft O365, Teams, and SharePoint are required. Candidates must complete a mandatory written or video assessment to be considered for shortlisting.
Required Qualifications
- Strong core skills: facilitation, communication, forecasting, dependency management, organization
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguous situations and rapid change
- Prior e-commerce experience/exposure
- Prior use of tools: JIRA, Mural, Confluence, Microsoft O365 (including Teams & SharePoint)
- Complete the mandatory assessment (written format or via video submission)
