Job Summary
Partner with Project Managers to align sprint execution with delivery milestones, project commitments, and cross-team dependencies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure planning clarity and team alignment. Coach teams on self-management, accountability, and collaboration while identifying and removing impediments impacting delivery. Serve as the Jira subject matter expert to manage boards, workflows, dashboards, and backlogs, utilizing metrics to support continuous improvement and delivery discussions. Provide clear visibility into sprint progress, risks, blockers, and team capacity to leadership and business partners. Support alignment between Agile teams and enterprise delivery objectives within a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong background supporting Agile delivery in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Project Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Strong understanding of Sprint planning and execution
- Strong understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
- Experience coaching Agile teams toward continuous improvement and delivery maturity
- Hands-on expertise with Jira boards
- Hands-on expertise with Workflow configuration
- Hands-on expertise with Dashboards
- Hands-on expertise with Reporting and metrics
- Hands-on expertise with Backlog management
- Ability to drive transparency and delivery tracking through Jira best practices
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to influence teams and leaders without direct authority
