Job Summary
Lead Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives while managing Jira boards, backlog prioritization, and sprint tracking. Identify and remove blockers to ensure team productivity, track and report performance metrics and velocity, and coordinate across teams and stakeholders. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within software development teams. This role requires 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead with strong Jira and distributed team management skills. The position is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, under a hybrid work model. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead
- Strong experience with Jira and Agile frameworks
- Experience working with software development teams
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- US Resident

- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
