Job Summary
Scrum Master to guide the team on scrum practices and values, maintain backlogs, dashboards and sprints, run sprint standups, backlog grooming and planning, and work closely with business owners and project managers to communicate status, capacity, and blockers while overseeing multiple development streams; hybrid role based in Indianapolis, IN, requiring collaboration with IT and data teams and leveraging Azure DevOps/JIRA tools, PowerBI, ServiceNow/ITSM familiarity, and strong communication and coaching skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Must be a certified AGILE Scrum Master
- Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience using Azure DevOps or other Agile project management tools for Scrum/Agile
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools acceptable
- Experience with PowerBI is a plus
- Experience as a software developer is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools and methodologies (Azure DevOps preferred)
