Scrum Master

Facilitate agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure meetings remain productive and time-boxed. Guide the team and organization in adopting Scrum, fostering an environment for continuous improvement while removing obstacles that impede progress. Support the Product Manager in backlog administration and clarify work requirements, simultaneously fostering a collaborative culture and enabling self-organization. Educate stakeholders on the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies to ensure effective adoption across the team. Report sprint progress, impediments, and team performance updates to relevant stakeholders and the Product Owner. Requires three years of Scrum Master experience with IT projects, knowledge of Azure, AWS, databases, and tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Git, and Service Now.
