Scrum Master

Principal Engineer - Technical Program Management at Incedo responsible for the successful delivery of complex technical programs. Role includes writing high quality code, designing systems of varying complexity, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, building and deploying code using CI/CD pipelines, applying secure coding practices, and providing technical leadership. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand requirements, planning and liaising with team members to deliver end-to-end technical solutions, ensuring quality gates, and aligning with the company's long-term vision. Requires Java & Spring Boot, Micro Service and Event-Driven architectures, RESTful APIs, relational databases, UNIX or Shell scripting, and experience in agile/Scrum or SAFe. Must communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, drive team growth, and adapt to changing priorities. Willing to work in a HYBRID environment.
