Job Summary
Scrum Master responsible for leading one or more scrum teams including Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Systems Architects, Application Developers, Automation Testers, DevOps Engineers, and Data Analysts. Drives integrated roadmaps and project schedules, oversees SDLC activities across diverse technical environments, and ensures clear acceptance criteria and Definition of Done. Collaborates with Product Owner to write and refine epics, user stories, and tasks in JIRA, supports prioritization and grooming, and coaches the team on agile ceremonies, quality standards, and effective collaboration to deliver value in data-centric initiatives for federal and commercial engagements.
