Scrum Master II

Scrum Master II responsible for guiding Motion’s software development teams through Agile/Scrum best practices, fostering transparency and continuous improvement to help teams achieve KPIs, increase speed and agility, and enhance overall quality. Establishes industry best practices, metrics/KPIs, and implements standards to optimize and accelerate software delivery across scrum teams. Plans and manages development and implementation using Agile methodologies for large-scale projects, facilitates all Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, iteration planning, review, and retrospective), manages backlogs with Process Owners, guides estimation and forecasting, and adapts policies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Requires strong servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Preferred certifications include CSM or A-CSM.
