Job Summary
As a Scrum Master II, you will implement the Scrum Framework and Agile processes across multiple teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, mentoring Scrum Masters, and managing inter-team dependencies. You will assist the Product Owner with roadmap management and coaching teams on backlog practices. Key responsibilities include leveraging Agile metrics, promoting best practices, and providing hands-on Jira expertise. You should have at least 6 years of experience in Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred qualifications include experience with AI-driven tools and certifications such as PSM II or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies
- Deep expertise in Jira administration and reporting
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-team Agile initiatives
- Experience mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters
- Experience managing complex SaaS product development
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AI-driven Agile or productivity tools(e.g., AI-assisted backlog grooming)
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
