Job Summary
Scrum Master responsible for coaching a development team to peak performance and ensuring Scrum principles are understood by the team and key stakeholders. Lead client delivery engagements, leverage Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile metrics, and collaborate with senior-level management to strengthen operational excellence. Requires 5+ years in a Scrum Master or systems engineering role, TS/SCI clearance, and a Bachelor's degree; DoD/Space Force IT knowledge and strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. This role may be remote/hybrid/onsite per organizational needs, with El Segundo, CA as the location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team
- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile Metrics
- Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
- Knowledge of the project management framework
- Knowledge of DoD or Space Force community and IT infrastructures
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Clearance: TS/SCI clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree
