Job Summary
Lead Scrum adoption by coaching teams on agile practices, facilitating product backlog communication, and organizing sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage agile delivery by estimating story points, tracking burndown charts, and removing development obstacles to ensure self-organization. Collaborate with product owners and other Scrum Masters to implement Scrum methodologies across the organization and maximize team value. Requires four years of IT experience with at least three as a Scrum Master, fluent French skills, and proven track record in large-scale agile mandates.
Required Qualifications
- Posséder au moins quatre (4) d'années d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information
- Au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience à titre de Scrum Master
- Avoir réalisé deux (2) mandats d'une envergure d'au moins 110 jours-personne
