Job Summary
Scrum Master at Evolent Health will act as a servant leader, coach, and change agent to enable agile teams in the healthcare domain. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies with a focus on outcomes and business value, coaching teams and stakeholders on agile mindset and value-driven delivery, removing impediments, driving flow and delivery metrics, and collaborating with Product Owners on backlog refinement and cross-team alignment. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Power BI for reporting; familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation is a plus. The role emphasizes remote work readiness and adherence to security/background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of Scrum Master / Agile Coach experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
- Certifications: CSM / PSM (required); SAFe or advanced Agile certifications preferred.
