Job Summary
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives while coaching teams on Agile values and self-organizing practices. Assess team maturity to build capacity for rapid feedback and incremental value delivery, and resolve impediments blocking goal achievement. Maintain Jira and Confluence as information radiators, train teams on process adoption, and drive metric collection for decision-making. Mentor stakeholders on continuous improvement and Minimum Viable Product mindsets, ensuring clear definitions of done across story and release levels. Over time, participate in Scrum of Scrum meetings for cross-team coordination and share capabilities in Agile Scale-Readiness approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner or Agile Coach involved in Agile Transformation
- Scrum Master or PMI-ACP certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with customers in gathering requirements, modeling use cases, writing user stories, and documenting business processes
- "Do it, try it, fix it" mentality and comfort asking that of others
- Excellent people management skills: listening, motivating, observing, giving and receiving feedback to help individuals and teams grow
- A knowledge of the software development lifecycle process and experience managing teams through inception to production
- A knowledge of Agile methodologies within Scrum at scale, and experience implementing
- A working knowledge of Jira and CNFL as a front-end administrator
