Job Summary

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while coaching the team on Agile best practices within a manufacturing/OEM context. Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure sprint goals are tracked and achieved, partnering with Product Owners to align backlog readiness to program milestones. Identify and remove impediments blocking productivity, actively managing dependencies across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to drive resolution of issues impacting scope, schedule, or cost. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales Engineering, Quality, and Finance to ensure effective communication and transparency. Support delivery of product development projects meeting defined performance, quality, and timing objectives while ensuring adherence to the Kingspan Group and Product Compliance Policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience applying Scrum within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, or OEM product development
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project delivery fundamentals
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service

Desired Qualifications

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with hardware-software integrated products
  • Familiarity with stage-gate, APQP, or hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers or external development partners
