Job Summary
Guide and support IT and Business teams through the agile journey by coaching, acting as a servant leader to remove impediments, and enabling focus on delivery. Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align priorities while promoting agile best practices, tools, and processes to enhance performance. Identify and drive process improvements that support agility at both team and organizational levels, measuring maturity and key performance indicators. Build strong relationships with IT and Business stakeholders to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative delivery. This role is based in Parsippany, NJ, Conshohocken, PA, Wilkes-Barre, PA, or Alpharetta, GA, with a hybrid schedule of two days remote and three days in-office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
- Experience leading teams through an agile transformation
- Strong understanding of Kanban, Scrum or other agile frameworks
- Experience coaching and mentoring agile teams and stakeholders with various levels of agile experience
- Strong facilitation and problem solving skills
- Background with IT delivery, software development or business process transformation
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Azure DevOps
