Job Summary
Scrum Master responsible for enabling efficient delivery of large-scale technical projects within a bank, using Agile/Scrum practices to plan, execute, and review sprints; collaborate with customers, business teams, software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering groups to deliver high-quality features aligned with regulatory and security policies; manage resource allocation, risks, change requests, and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement through ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) and stakeholder communications; contribute to strategy and leadership expectations for resource planning, policy adherence, and growth in line with Barclays values and mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to manage delivery across large-scale technical projects
- Stakeholder management and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation in projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to guide teams through sprints, demos, and retrospectives
- Familiarity with financial/banking domain and regulatory considerations
