Job Summary
Lead and coordinate digital banking projects and Agile delivery activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, IT, operations, compliance, and external vendors. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while coaching teams in Agile principles and fostering a culture of self-organization. Work closely with product owners to prioritize requirements, manage backlogs, and resolve impediments to ensure smooth project execution in fast-paced environments. Monitor timelines, risks, and deliverables, providing regular management reporting and status updates to stakeholders. Drive digital transformation initiatives across mobile banking, onboarding, payments, and customer experience while ensuring compliance with banking standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in Agile project management
- Skilled in stakeholder management, Agile delivery, project coordination, team collaboration, risk management, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement with strong focus on customer-centric digital solutions and service excellence
- Strong understanding of the payments & banking services
- Proven experience leading teams in delivering successful projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to influence and drive change within teams and organizations
- Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Desired Qualifications
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or any equivalent Project management certification) is highly desirable
