Job Summary
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives while coordinating dependencies across triage, workflow, training, and change-management workstreams. Manage project teams to create delivery schedules, curate program plans, and generate status reports to ensure adherence to VHA client targets. Design lean, responsive processes in Jira to support resource management and protect team focus during rapid-response demands. Track team capacity and support reallocation during surge events. Assist in PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops to align prioritization with government needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience facilitating Agile teams in a delivery environment
Desired Qualifications
- SAFe, Lean Portfolio, or Agile experience (SSM or equivalent)
- Prior work on VA or healthcare IT programs, particularly Feder EHR or Oracle/Cerner
- Strong servant-leadership and impediment-removal skills
